Yoga Guru - Raj Krishnamoorthy
Born and raised in India, I was introduced to basic Yoga asanas and pranayama as part of my daily childhood routines. I continued my yoga practice throughout adulthood in the UK and the USA, and it became especially important after I encountered injuries while playing sports. I have since deepened my practice, studying Ashtanga Yoga under Sharath Jois in Mysuru, India, and gaining experience in Iyengar, Hatha, and Vinyasa styles of Yoga as well. I received my RYT 200 Certification in 2018 from Adhyapika Tish Hegel yoga in Idaho, USA. My teaching style is focusing on Sukha, Sthira, safety, breath (Pranayama), & anatomy and conducted workshops around AZ and CA. I provide an in-depth understanding of both physical and philosophical aspect of yoga. I am dedicated to sharing the transformative power of Yoga with others, drawing from my diverse background and extensive training.
